Researchers within the Balance and Falls Research Centre study the mechanistic principles of healthy balance control and origins of balance deficits and falls.

This research is crucial for developing new tools, therapeutic interventions and technologies to reduce the likelihood and impact of balance instability and falls.

    Congratulations to cluster researchers Dr. Brain Dalton and Dr. Vicki Komisar and their trainees, who were recently featured in a UBC News article for their research work on human balance and falls.
