Sensory-Motor Aging Workshop | CAG2018 Pre-Conference Workshop
October 18, 2018, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Age-related changes in multiple sensory-motor domains interact to affect how older adults function in everyday life. As hearing and balance specialists, we will frequently see these patients in our office
As part of the Canadian Association on Gerontology Annual Scientific Meeting in Vancouver this fall, we are offering a pre-conference workshop on SENSORY-MOTOR AGING RESEARCH AND IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE AND POLICY sponsored by The Hearing Foundation of Canada and the UBC Origins of Balance Deficits and Falls Cluster. This workshop provides an update on our current state of knowledge.
The workshop will be on Thursday October 18 from 1-4 PM at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver. Further information and registration details are at:

The fee is only $20 to offset costs not covered by the sponsors; you do not need to register for the full meeting but may want to look at the conference schedule for other topics of interest.
