Motivating action: Going Beyond Awareness Raising to Have an Impact

Description:

The gap between research and practice is well-established in fall prevention. Despite our best efforts, it is challenging to close this gap. Implementation science is a multi-disciplinary field studying how to close the research to practice gap. Implementation science provides answers to many of the challenges you are facing, but it’s not easy to figure out how to apply implementation science.

This presentation will focus on how you can transform your work from awareness raising to motivating action, resulting in the outcomes you want to achieve.
