Neural Control of Posture and Movement Lab

An Opportunity to Tour Some OBDAF Cluster Labs!

OBDAF Trainees at UBC had the opportunity to tour some of the labs involved in the Cluster, and network with other Cluster trainees. This was a trainee-led event, offering a look into some neuromechanics labs with informal demonstrations of different equipment. Trainees were able to share details about their labs, the equipment they use, and their ongoing projects.

Labs toured included:

- Sensorimotor Physiology Lab, Dr. Jean-Sébastien Blouin

- Neural Control of Posture and Movement Lab, Dr. Mark Carpenter

- Human Neurophysiology Lab, Dr. Tim Inglis,

- Perceptual Motor Dynamics Lab, Dr. Romeo Chua
