Braden completed his Bachelor of Science Honours in Kinesiology & Health Studies at Queen's University in 2023 and is currently pursuing his Master's degree at UBC under Dr. Mark Carpenter. His current research interests include the visual processes in dynamic balance. At Queen's, he worked in Dr. Gerome Manson's Neuromechanics Lab studying sensory perception in habitual microdosers. His technical expertise includes EMG processing, force plate collection, and wearable device data analysis. Recognized with the 2023 Arts and Science Research Fund, Braden balanced his research with being a varsity football player, peer tutor, and first-year mentor. He continues his community engagement through Motionball for Special Olympics.
